Assessments
In these days when financial prudence makes it difficult for some families to afford a course of lessons given by an approved instructor there is a case for assessments to be made of a student’s ability to drive before their test after they have been taught by their own parents or friends.
These assessments would normally take two hours and include general town driving, all manoeuvres and driving on the dual carriageway as well as an appraisal of their attitude and approach to driving.
We normally provide short a written report in this situation. The lessons are conducted in the instructor’s car.
